Let me refresh your memory when I had discussion with you on January 13,2005 at Science City near Honourable Chief Minister’s Chambers that I had already given a brief petition complaint to Police authorities on September 12,2004 and they had referred that they will get back to me. I am surprised that , they have not communicated to you till date. You had referred to me during the discussions that I send a brief e mail to you. I have not been able to do it earlier as I was not able to access internet on account of my financial constraints . Kindly pardon me for the delay.
As discussed there is need of urgency for arranging protection as RBI –Hyderabad is investigating the matter and anything can happen to me.
In fact , I had given petition complaint letter dated 12-09-2004 in Gujarati addressed to Police Inspector , Navrangpura Police Station through P.S.I Shri Bhagora ( mobile 9898324009) and I believe that the file number has been assigned as 178/04. Even when they are aware of financial status very well they want to create hurdles for the reasons known to them. I most humbly request you to directly seek Gujarati version directly from them as furnished to them on September 12,2004. Mr. Bhagora ought to have necessary papers with him.
I am getting the impression that Navrangpura Police station moves swiftly when Jatin Jalundhwala working for Sushil Hand of Core Health care filed to lodge a complaint against me to hold me to police remand for a paltry sum of Rs eight lakhs but the Police would not like into inquire into the motive of Jatin Jalundhwala who has created fraudulent charge with GTB for Rs 12.5crores and who has been generous to let Core Health care go scot free inspite of such quantum of Rs 12.5crores. Alternatively ,because because they do not understand English language adequately as well as they lack the expertise of investigating the banking fraud . Perhaps ,you may request Deputy Commissioner of Police Shri Tomar to examine the matter because he has command of English Language as well as he has done a MBA course to examine the matter in detail. Besides it is necessary to look into the role of leading Advocate Shri Ashok D Shah (who was defending Mr. Zhala recently )
It appears that the predecessor PI at Navrangpura Police station wanted to undermine the directions of the Honourable Chief Minister of Gujarat to suppress as well as protect the previous staff of Navrangpura police station.
I most humbly request you that complaint of ordinary person is not ignored especially when GTB has collapsed.

The Finance Minister has promised in Loksabha that he would be taking criminal action against the management of GTB as per the proceeding in Loksabha on December 1,2004 . It has been reported in press in first week of January 2005 that criminal cases has been launched against five companies who have obtained loans FROM GTB FRAUDULENTLY .
RBI -HYDERABAD (link) has advised me on 11-01-2005 that they are examining the matter in depth and in light of bad experience in the past , THERE IS NEED FOR PROTECTION IMMEDAITELY DURING THE COURSE OF INVETIGATION BY GOVT OF GUJARAT TOO. BESIDES PRESIDENT OF INDIA HAS ALSO ASKED THE FINANCE MINISTRY LOOK INTO THE MATTER VIDE COMMUNICATION SENT OUT BY PRESIDENT’S SECRETARIAT. IT IS THEREFORE ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL THAT THE GUJARAT GOVERNMENT LOOKS INTO THE MATTER SO THAT THE CHIEF MINISTER OF GUJARAT CAN TAKE CREDIT OF EXPOSING THE CROOKS AND IN PROCESS HELP A PERSON TO UNITE HIS PERSONAL FAMILY.
SOME REASONS WHY THE ACTION NEED TO BE TAKEN THE POLICE AUTHORITIES :-
Evasion of Gujarat stamp duty, creation of illegal charge even when there was stay by revenue department of Gujarat, suppression of material facts by Jatin Jalundhwala to police authorities , Serious violation in Transfer of Property, tax extortion of Income tax department to silence, Fire in the Insurance Building housing income tax records and its relation with this group , amalgamation of companies by suppression of material facts , GTB colluding with this group by releasing confidential letter to hold me to police remand to silence Mr. Mody, To examine role of Kiran Bharmbhatt/Ashok D Shah –advocates so as to silence small persons.

As Reserve Bank of India may be conducting investigation , there is urgent need for protection to prevent harassment and torture and insanity.
