RESPECTED SHRI NARENDRABHAI,
Subject:-A special appeal to you that would you be kind enough to have me shot in an encounter.Be kind enough to give fifteen minutes to read and make the decision for executing me.


At the outset let me make it clear to you that I do not have any grievance against you as a person especially when you have been kind enough to extend support by issuing instructions fro protection as well as investigation on banking fraud connected with GTB through Additional Principal Secretary Shri Pankaj Kumar. Inspite of your support and instructions through Additional Principal Secretary , I feel that Police Inspector , Mr. J M Chaudhary OF ECONOMIC OFFENCE WING for the reasons known to him lacks the spirit to pursue the matter and this is reflected from his silence to obtain detailed reply from erstwhile Global Trust Bank as well as Mr. Jatin Jalundhwala.

I am beginning to feel that he is not able to see the fraudulent acts of Jatin Jalunhwala as well as that of bankers and of Sushil Handa at all. As far as the office of Police Commissioner is concerned , it is absolutely indifferent to the needs of the people . It is meant to give support to large crooks like Sushil Handa of Core Health care as well as the crook bankers like Global Trust Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce.

The office of the Police Commissioner has become totally impotent and is meant to give support to the grabbing activities of NISHIT PETHALJI CHAVDA inspite of telegram sent to the Police commissioner in the year 2000 by the undersigned. The text of telegram is being annexed herewith :-

Inspite of special instructions given by Shri Pankajkumar, Additional Principal Secretary , the Police commissioner's office has done nothing to arrange for protection to the undersigned. Kindly refer to my correspondence despatched to the office of Police Commissioner in this regard. I am wondering whether it is necessary to have office of Police Commissioner who are active in tarnishing the image of the Chief Minister as well as that of Home Department on account of sloth and incompetence and indifference and arrogance as if we the citizens have to be beggars for our own safety and our family safety . I do not have residence of my own to stay. There is limit to patience.

For small persons like me , they would turn a blind eye. I am totally disillusioned by the state of affairs and the country heading for anarchy and the democracy has ceased to have any meaning in this country. There is complete breakdown of justice, adminstration.
On the other hand , you are under tremendous pressure because of revolt within party and your position is much more grave as the entire state of Gujarat depends on your well being under situation of grave crisis. It is shame that Keshubhai and his well wishers do not think of the citizens of Gujarat at all.
I do not see any remedy to my woes and my difficulties. Satya mev Jayate with the Police and others has lost meaning.

Perhaps police would be able to see the rogue in Sushil Handa of Core Healthcare on account of the case filed by a common person like Mr. Parihar and the details furnished as per the links as under:--

Under such circumstances , can you have me SHOT DEAD in an encounter and terminate my life so that I can look forward to a fresh new birth full of hope and optimism and I do not have to lead life as vegetable and humiliation . I tried my best to unite a disintegrated family. I leave to my son , to take care of my wife and daughter. He stood first in CA exams in Ahmedabad in the year 2000 and he worked for Ernst and Young in Bombay and has completed his Business Administration from Indian School of Business this year and had been called for interview by European company at their expense and had been offered a job and he has taken up the European job recently. This country has no appreciation for talented people.

In this country , it is impossible to find any one who is willing to listen to a person like me. You were the only person who listened and acted. However, no one is appreciating and understanding your empathy.
The Police authorities for the reason best known to them are after all meant to protect the crooks like Sushil Handa and the bankers like GTB as well as the Oriental Bank of Commerce. Other persons cannot expect to have life of dignity and respect even when you are willing to provide such life of dignity and respect.
I am sure that this request would be granted so that I can die in peace and can look forward to a new life full of optimism and enthusiasm . Kindly have me executed within a week. I do not believe in committing suicide.
I am disgusted by Keshubhai Patel and his well wishers who does not let you govern the state of Gujarat inspite of majority and it is irony of fate that Congress is able to able to govern the country is able to rule the country even when they are not having even a majority.
Please inform me by email asking some one to round me up for a silent execution. It is futile to hope against hope where there is complete system failure in the country.

However , I do wish that my execution gives you necessary impetus to continue as the Chief Minister for the welfare of Gujarat. I do not see any hope in near future for Gujarat , in case you leave the Chief Ministership under pressure or out of respect.

I do hope that my request is acceded to .

Please be kind enough that the present email is not circulated or discussed except amongst the recipients. I would not like my family members , friends and society and the media to know about the silent execution in an encounter.

SIR,

around february 2005 , I had met you in person and had shared my impressions on the Missing Rage. You were kind enough to extend support to me by giving me several copies for my survival and existence.

I have tried my best to unite the disintegrated family. As you are an eminent journalist who can communicate ideas extremely well , I do hope that police adminsitration is made to improve , perhaps not for me but for the future generation and for the safety of other families.

perhaps God wants me to surrender to him completely while I am alive by just accepting his divine grace.

All I wish is that the message reaches the Chief Minister of Gujarat and personally read and decision taken to end my life without making a fuss.

Respected Sir,

Now the elections have been over in Gujarat and hence perhaps you may be able to get a chance to look at present email which was sent on September 1 2005.

Perhaps now you would be able to have a look at present email.

On sunday , Paldi Police chowky has come to give notice under Section 160 to appear before them for recording my statement. This is futile exercise, Nothing but endless humiliation as they prepare the report and send it to their higher authorities and this is being done since over one year. Does it make any sense to visit them at all especially when your instructions do not carry any meaning .

The bureaucracy works for the rich and famous crooks like Sushil Handa and crook bankers like Oriental Bank of Commerce. and the cancer of corruption in the country is so high that the leaders are also helpless.

The crime department is equipped with Police who does not understand corporate laws as they do not have basic training or they do not want to take deep interest.

I saw hoarding that showed function on Jeevdaya on 20-11-2005. Would you be kind enough to have me shot dead by having me rounded up. That would be greatest gift you would giving me and for the entire administration to do serious soul searching.

Certain things in life do not have any remedies as sheer waste of energy.

Gracefully accepting certain things is better so that crooks like Sushil handa can manage everything with power of money to go scot free.

whether there is some one to listen in the Government or not , my crusade will continue.

The time has come to that impasse that we have to beg even that you take steps to have me shot dead and no one in the administration is bothered.

It is not out of frustration but on account of reality that none of the departments that is police , the central vigilance commission , the reserve bank of india are there to help common people fighting for our rights to existence , for our rights to save our families,etc.
