Respected Sir,

Subject : My earlier e-mails for protection and inquiry on banking fraud

You were kind enough to acknowledge my email and also given necessary instructions to your Secretary to conduct investigation on the banking fraud in connection with Core Health Care and Global Trust Bank.

As more than six weeks have passed , I feel that inquiry should have got completed. I have tried to get in touch with Shri Hasmukhbhai ADHIA-PRINCIPAL SECRETARY , but unfortunately the message does not reach by email on account of some problems with his e mail account.

HE CONVEYED ON 3RD JUNE 2004 THAT HE IS LOOKING INTO THE MATTER. OF BANKING FRAUD.Sir, you would appreciate that , there is not a man who does not at times need a helping hand to be stretched out to him and I am optimistic that you will stretch out helping hand to his BROTHER – FAST ENOUGH.

Sir, I can understand your extremely busy schedule in view of recent events IN THE COUNTRY AND THE STATE.

HOWEVER, it is also irony of fate that a financially weak can be held IMMEDIATELY by Gujarat Police for police remand for a petty alleged theft of a sum of Rs eight lakhs on account of management of Core Health Care managing the Police, WHILE GREAT BANK ROBBER THAT IS CORE HEALTH CARE AND HIS ASSOCIATES BUT PERSON OF YOUR STATUS OF POWER CANNOT BE EXAMINED FOR BANKING FRAUD OF RS 12.5 CRORES and who has been branded as a great bank robber where banks/financial institutions have lost over 750 crores.

I hope that you take immediate steps to protect the dignity and honour of small families like me so that I can save my family and unite my family.In case, you staff needs my assistance , you may depute your trusted officers so that the necessary investigation with the bank , the party and the tax advocates ,chartered accountants can be completed while I being given full protection by you personally.

HELP ME AS I AM DUTY BOUND AS HEAD OF THE FAMILY TO PROTECT MY FAMILY. YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND MY PLIGHT FROM MY E MAIL ON 24TH JUNE 2004

I look forward for the acknowledgement and a brief reply in coming two to three days.
