The Honorable Chief Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi,
Government of Gujarat
Respected Sir,
Subject: Banking fraud and my previous e mails in this regard as regards to personal portection

This is in reference to above which has been brought to your kind knowledge.

You had been kind enough immediately respond to my email and I was conveyed thro your Principle Secretary that the matter of banking fraud would be looked into by him according to his email on june 3 2004.

It was on July 17 th I received his message that I should not send any email to him anymore.(his message annexed here)

Hence , I feel that it would serve no purpose in sending e mail to him.As I Had reported banking fraud which involved Global Trust Bank and as per the recent news of GTB is being taken over by OBC as per RBI statement , I once again request you to expedite the inquiry based on the particulars furnished by me to you as well as Mr. Hasmukh Adhia by competent persons and trust worthy persons to interrogate the banking officials and others as per the details furnished to you.

Inspite of your best efforts and earnestness in furnishing a prompt reply as well as action , it appears that your staff is letting you down by not taking prompt action .

This has resulted in Madhavpura cooperative bank depositors being sidetracked in view of GTB crisis. My case presents excellent opportunity to the Government of Gujarat in catching the staff of GTB who have colluded with the employees of Core Health Care and committed bank fraud and expose GTB officials and indirectly help in getting justice from RBI to the depositors of Madhavpura cooperative bank.

This would ultimately lead to exposure of large scamsters involved in GTB and there by help depositors of Gujarat as well as Government of India.I hope that you take immediate initiative in this matter so that the madhavpura cooperative depositors really feel that you are there to protect their interest too.I look forward to your reply and action in the matter in a day or two.of receipt of this letter.
Thanking you.

Your sincerely,

Pankaj S Mody
