Respected Sir,

Subject:- APPEAL FOR Restoration of possession of Amrashagun Bunglow grabbed by Nishit Pethalji Chavada inspite of injunction of the court in year 2000 and inspite of telegram SENT to the Police Commissioner and Satellite Police Station .immediately on obtraining injunction in year 2000.

SAGE Valmiki was able to have DARSHANA of disturbance in harmony by a hunter killing krauncha pakshi which resulted in pain, helplessness and despair and that is when he visualised epic Ramayana so as to bring back the harmony , unity and oneness on account of compassion and karuna flowing while destroying the evil.
While Valmiki had Darshan , you as Chief Minister actually had a live Experience on account of Godhra Kand and the aftermath that followed and you courageously and patiently brought back order , harmony and unity in Gujarat and have established faith of people in your competency inspite of adverse circumstances . You did not give up but you faced the adversity inspite of all odds and have restablished the confidence of people in Gujarat.

As you having gone through pain and agony , you would be able to understand the plight of a Jatayu struggling and fighting all alone and to save and reunite the family so as to sow the seeds of harmony and oneness by reviving a broken family. Kindly note that my son and my wife has already given up hope and I feel that there is a possibility that my wife may take measures to file a divorce so that she can probably begin a fresh leaf of life by searching for a companionship in old age out of situation beyond control . She is a human being and she has every right to expect me to solve problems and I do not have any right to blame her for her insecurities on account of Navrangpura Police scaring my family by inducing fear and nightmare during my days of Police remand in December 1999.

The lack of competency of PM's office took the life of a whistleblower like S K Dubey and in my case , the indifference, incompetence and complaceny on the part of Police administration in Gujarat - another whistleblower and his family would be totally destroyed and the family would become living dead entity and there by giving signal to the youth that they stay away from marriage and family.

I am confident that you having gone through experience of Godhra Kand - would give a helping hand to a warrior in a whistleblower (who would be rendered homeless within a week as my parents would be closing their residence as my mother would be operated for knee operation on 27th March 2006 and both of them would not be coming back home for a period of eight weeks). Any other person in my place would have gone insane and would have given up. There has been quite a bit of harassment on my aged parents from the Income tax department for baseless tax recovery where by my parents have been forced to convey to me that I make my own arrangements for accomodation as at their age of over eighty years they cannot take stress any more with my presence in the residence owned by them.

Briefly speaking, a chain of events started when I blew whistle on banking fraud in Global Trust Bank to expose Sushil Handa of Core Healthcare who took assistance of Police to subject me to police remand resulting in disintegration of family out of fear and insecurity and rendering me homeless on account of inaction and indifference of Police administration inspite of telegram to them to prevent tresspassing of Amrashagun Bunglow by Nishit Pethalji Chavada. In this regard, I have already sent an email to you Sir on December 2004 and the same has been acknowledged by your Office. It appears that due to oversight the matter has been forgotten or got sidetracked by the office of the Police Commissioner or on account of indifferent attitude of the office of Police Commissioner's office.

Unfortunately , the Economic Offence wing is not able to see the malafide intentions of Jatin Jalundhwala working for Core Healthcare Limited when he subjected me to five days police remand for a paltry sum of Rs eight lakhs but who did not prefer any action against Sushil Handa for non repayment of loan and interest amounting to more than Rs Twenty two crores. I am strongly asserting that Mr. J M Chaudhary, Police Inspector working in the Economic offence wing has been successfuly managed by Core Healthcare management as well as by the bankers.

I am sure that you would give a helping hand to me by restoring back my shelter and helping me to fight back the great bank robber called Sushil Handa and the management of Global Trust Bank. I do know that it is not in your blood that a lion in you turns Lion within me into a lamb by clipping the wings of Jatayu to fight the legal battles. Core Healthcare is being assisted by Soparkars in the Gujarat High Court and he in the past was fighting against Gujarat Electricity Board on behalf of Maradia Chemicals who had arrears of electricity dues amounting to over Rs 150 crores.

As the time is extremely short for becoming homeless , it is my humble request that you would be kind enough to restore the possession of Amrashagun Bunglow which has been grabbed by Nishit Pethalji Chavada inspite of my timely telegram to the Police Commissioner and Satellite Police Station. I sincerely hope that all the measures are taken to protect the members of my family before embarking on the mission of restoring the possession as Nishit Pethalji Chavada is closely associated with dangerous antisocial elements.

I am sure that your fighting spirit nature would provide all the encoragement to a whistleblower like me by taking all necessary steps to give a helping hand to bring back harmony and unity in the family and by extending all out support to catch great bank robber like Sushil Handa of Core Healthcare Limited.

This is my humble appeal to you Sir once again for prompt suitable measures to give back up support to fighting Lone ranger Abhimanyu like me who has plunged in Chakravugh of Court proceedings to save personal existence as well as that of my family. As the Sessions Court has ordered inquiry against Core Healthcare management through Anti Corruption Bureau, it would be necessary on the part of the Government of Gujarat , Legal Department obtaining injunction for disposal of 1000 crore immoveable property at 300 crores, The hearing is going to take place in Gujarat High Court on 27th March 2006 and the connected cases are Company Application 357 of 2005 and Company Application 358 of 2005 along with Company Petition 9 and 10 of 2006.

The details of message sent by email in December 2004 would be resent again provided concrete measures are being taken by you personally as other wise it can put my life and my wife's life in grave physical danger on account of land mafia Nishit Pethalji Chavda capacity to associate with antisocial elements. He as well as his brother Jagdish Pethalji Chavda had close connection with Santokben Jadeja's sons and other powerful antisocial elements.Incidently , movie God Mother was made using life of Santokben Jadeja.

15. In case the Government of Gujarat does not take immediate steps of restoring the possession of the bunglow grabbed by Nishit Pethalji Chavada then one can presume only rich and famous and only the powerful has a voice in Gujarat. What more can I say then suffer in silence and getting destroyed by lack of concern on part of the office of Police Commissioner which has been presumably set up to protect the the interest of land mafias like Nishit Pethalji chavda and bank robbers like Sushil Handa who can use police to their advantage right under the nose of effective leadership of Government of Gujarat and no one can dare to touch on account of their money power with them to buy police , bureaucrats, tax officials, bankers with help of advocates. As far as the courts are concerned , the judgment depends on the ability of a person to afford the fees of formidable counsel which can easily run into lakhs of Rupees when a person has to fight against extremely rich crooks who are able to go away scot free.

16. In our country , there is hardly any bureaucrat who has true respect and concern for the citizens as well as that for a whistleblower and it is indeed humiliating experience while dealing with investigating officers who prefer to listen to the rich and famous only.

Only strong and no nonsense leaders like you can change this at least in Gujarat Core Healthcare is a classic example and Sushil Handa smiling away by managing Claris Life sciences and no one daring to touch him inspite of key pointers to various investigatiing agencies in Gujarat who prefer to make big noise by catching small fish while the big fish get away easily.
